Candies & Confections Cooking Class

NEW ADDITION TO OUR UPCOMING COOKING CLASS SCHEDULE:

Join instructor Casey Cale of Sweet! for an afternoon of candy making!  She’ll instruct the class on how to make four different, delicious confections – beautiful Sea Glass Candy, Rosemary-Cashew Brittle, melt in your mouth Fleur de Sel Caramels and Mexican-Dark Chocolate Truffles.  Bring your sweet tooth as there will be enough sampling to ensure a sugar high!  As an added bonus, Casey will show the class her clever ideas for packaging candy as pretty, homemade gifts.  Each participant leaves with a complete set of recipes so each tasty treat can be recreated at home!   It is sure to be a “sweet” afternoon!
