‘With the unofficial start of summer upon us, the heavy, hearty comfort foods of winter give way to dishes influenced by the light, fresh and colorful bounty found at Maine’s farmers markets. We’re celebrating the start of a new season with an Italian twist, taking cues dai monti al mare (from the mountains to the sea). Chef Christina Sidoti will take over our Farmhouse Kitchen for a special cooking class and dinner, complete with making fresh pasta dough and summer-inspired sauces to creating decadent cannoli.”
