Cranberry-Limoncello Martini Recipe
It’s the perfect time of year to enjoy our Cranberry-Limoncello Martini! Of course, if you don’t want to make them at home, we offer them every night in our restaurant. Plus – they are just $5 during Happy Hour (5pm-6:30pm) and come with an hors d’ oeuvre!
Cranberry Syrup Base1 package (12 oz) fresh or frozen whole cranberries2 cups granulated sugar2 cups water1/2 cup fresh lemon juice1/4 cup fresh lime juice1/4 cup limoncello (Italian lemon liqueur)2 dashes bittersmethod – Combine the cranberries, sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Cool. When cool, place mixture in a blender and blend for 2 minutes. Strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove all of the seeds and skin pieces.
