Apple Pie Spice Mix

3 tablespoons ground cinnamon 1 1/2 tablespoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
2 teaspoons ground allspice
1 teaspoon ground cardamom

1. Mix all of the spices together and keep in a tightly covered jar in a dark place.
