“Think: crystal clear blue waters contrasted by an impressive island hillside draped in crisp white. We’re taking inspiration from the mediterranean and exploring the bright, fresh flavors with our Greece edition of Pairings 101 on June 17. Join us as we dive behind the scenes of food & wine pairings, testing your senses and learning all about the basics of aroma identification and sensory evaluations. The class includes wine, hors d’oeuvres, and a specially crafted tasting menu created by Chef Lani Stiles and the team at Megunticook Market, as well as sensory evaluations and aroma identifications. As always, seats for this pairing are limited so early reservations are recommended. $40 per person.”
