Our 2015-2016 Cooking Class Schedule is now online!
This years topics include “Travel to Tuscany”, “Haute Chinese”, “Maine Seafood”, “Dim Sum”, “Lobster, Lobster, Lobster” and more! Classes are informative, entertaining, and of course, filled with delicious food.
Our Cooking Class Package includes two nights lodging, sumptuous breakfasts each morning, dinner for two, featuring the Chef’s spectacular five-course tasting menu and enrollment for one in a scheduled afternoon cooking class. Cooking classes include recipes, hands-on participation, wine to complement the cuisine and lots of food to taste. For dates, topics and availability of cooking classes. Additional enrollment in the cooking class is $45 per person.
