Join Chef Michael here at the Hartstone Inn, as he shares some of his favorite recipes from the Mediterranean region. Participants will prepare four dishes: Roasted yellow pepper bruschetta with fresh mozzarella, beets in romesco sauce, Tunisian grilled cod with a roasted shallot compound butter and herbed tabbouleh, and for dessert, frittelle di riso – arborio Rice Fritters.
